  1. Move the right foot to D forming a right walking stance, executing a right middle punch.
  2. Move the right foot to A forming a left walking stance toward B, executing a left low block.
  3. Move the right foot to B forming a right walking stance, executing a right middle punch.
  4. Move the right foot to D forming a left walking stance toward C, executing a left low block.
  5. Move the right foot to C forming a right walking stance, executing a right middle punch.
  6. Move the right foot to B forming a left walking stance toward A, executing a  left low block.
  7. Move the right foot to A forming a right walking stance, executing a right middle punch.
  8. Bring the right foot back to a parralllel stance.

11th April 1955
Tae Kwon-Do was inaugurated in South Korea, following extensive research and development by the founder Major General Choi Hong Hi – 9th Dan (1918 – 2002).
2nd July 1967
Tae Kwon-Do was officially introduced to Great Britain by Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha – 9th Dan.
21st August 1983
The Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain (TAGB) was formed.
21st April 1988
The British Tae Kwon-Do Council (BTC) was formed.
13th November 1993
Tae Kwon-Do International was inaugurated.
